End User License Agreement — MCPing

Effective date: September 6, 2026

1. Grant of license

MCPing ("the App") is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices;
• Redistribute modified copies while presenting them as the official App;
• Use the App to abuse, scan, or overload networks or services.

3. Third-party components

The App incorporates third-party services and libraries, including Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, and the mcsrvstat.us fallback status service. Those components remain subject to their own terms, licenses, and privacy policies.

4. Intellectual property

MCPing is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

5. Term and termination

This license takes effect when you install the App and ends when you uninstall it or breach these terms. Upon termination, stop using the App and remove it from your devices.
