Terms of Service — MCPing

These terms govern your use of MCPing ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these terms.

1. The service

MCPing is a monitoring utility for Minecraft Java Edition servers. It reports status, latency, player counts, and history for server addresses you enter. Results depend on network conditions, server configuration, protocol behavior, and third-party services, and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

2. Acceptable use

• Query only servers you are authorized to monitor.
• Do not use the App to abuse, scan, flood, or overload servers or services.
• The App does not grant access to Minecraft servers or permissions on them.

3. Availability and accuracy

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted operation or result accuracy. You rely on status results at your own risk.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the App or its results.

5. Intellectual property

MCPing is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. Server names, MOTDs, and icons belong to their respective owners.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be refused for breach of these terms.
